Technical Trainer (m/f/x)

What you’ll be doing:

‒ You will hold instructor-led trainings on the functionality of our software products for internal employees, integrators and international clients

‒ You will assist the Training Manager in continuously developing and improving our training portfolio

‒ You will answer client requests on the functionality and use of software products during times with less trainings

‒ You will work in a highly motivated team of technology enthusiasts who embrace innovation and change

‒ You will share your knowledge and your experiences within the Product-Team

‒ You will support in expanding our online training offer

What you bring to the role:

‒ You have a completed IT education (HTL, Uni/FH) or experience as trainer in the software/technology area

‒ You have excellent communication/presentation skills in English (verbal and written). German would be an asset.

‒ You are interested in digging deep into functionality of complex software and you have a technical affinity

‒ You are a fast learner; empathised with different cultures and able to adjust training accordingly

‒ You are open to work with clients all around the world and you are willing to travel (approx. 25%)

‒ You are a convincing team player with the ambition to drive innovation and contribute ideas

‒ The minimum salary starts at EUR 40.000,- gross per year for an Austrian employment. However, we offer a salary in line with the market, depending on your specific qualifications and experience.
