Erste Digital innovates and operates all relevant IT-solutions (e.g. George Invest Manager, Oracle Exadata DB/Data Warehouse, SimCorp, Java Frontend Solutions) in the area of Asset and Wealth Management in close co-operation with Erste Asset Management. Erste Asset Management coordinates and is responsible for all asset management activities of Erste Group amounting to more than EUR 60 billion. More than 300 employees develop and manage investment solutions for our investors across 7 different countries.

Your Tasks will be to

• Collaborate in a motivated team of technical experts, together with different business partners
• Make yourself familiar with our core systems and technologies (SimCorp, DWH, SWIFT, etc.)
• Take over basic support and analysis tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
• Proactively communicate with the business partners, service desk and support teams
• Grow into project work including system customizations based on your individual skillset

What you’ll bring with you

• Solid technical background (e.g. SQL database and/or basic programming skills)
• Keen to learn new things and make yourself familiar with new business processes and technical environments
• Motivation to continuously learn technical insights of core industry systems in Asset Management (e.g. SimCorp Dimension)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Being inspired for building up good relationships with our business partners and colleagues
• Ideally first experiences in application support and incident/problem/change management
• Fluency in German

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 48.370,– gross per year. But this is just a formality – we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
