Software Project Manager for R&D (f/m/x)

Do you want to be part of a successful product development team? We are looking for a software project manager with strong organizational skills and a profound technical background to join our team in Graz. As a software project manager, you will be part of our multi-disciplinary R&D teams and contribute to the creation of world class measurement instruments.
Responsiblities:
- Leading software feature development projects from scope definition to shipping
- Leading software sub-projects for product development from the idea to the product launch
- Planning, monitoring and reporting of project scope, time and budget
- Monitoring and reporting of the project progress
- Enforcing a requirements-driven software development approach
- Active risk management
- Pro-active stakeholder management and project team lead
Requirements:
- Degree in informatics, software engineering or other studies with software focus
- Several years of relevant professional experience in software development
- Practical experiences project management and agile methods are beneficial
- Very good technical and organizational problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in requirements engineering is beneficial
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Lateral team leading skills
- Willingness to share knowledge and experience with colleagues

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): EUR4,200.00 to EUR5,200.00.
