Senior Project Manager for Space Electronics (w/m/d)

Your mission: Leading international space programs/ projects and coordinating internal & external stakeholders for a target customer base including worldwide space primes, space agencies, partners, and the internal business functions.

Your responsibilities

• Accountable for planning and execution of projects with multi-disciplined teams (Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain, Quality…) ranging in size and complexity
• Coordination and management of all project activities including internal and external (sub-contractor) project team & ensure the flow of information
• Manage project risk, opportunities and issues and execute mitigation and actions plans, as required
• Ensure scope, change and claim management throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution with regards to quality, schedule and financial targets
• Document and communicate project progress and status to all required stakeholders including managing key KPIs (EAC growth, M/S Fidelity, Cash Flow…)
• Develop less experienced project managers through procedures, training, and coaching

Your horizon

• Excellent understanding of economic relationships
• Technical (electrical engineering) background, ideally including PM training, PM certification (IMPA, PMP) is an asset
• Several years of industrial experience in project management of high technology, ideally in the Space industry
• Networked thinking, planning skills, assertiveness and high resilience as well as a curious and open mindset
• Strong business and team focus combined with excellent negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (nice to have: German/Swedish/French) communication skills
