Aufgaben

• Design, testing and evaluation of algorithms and language models (focus NLP, natural language processing)
• Writing, testing and maintaining production ready code
• Collaborate with colleagues in deployment (from staging to production)

Qualifikationen

• Expert knowledge in Python
• Solid understanding in and improvement of state of the art LLM (large language model) libraries
• Experienced in RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)
• Able to apply MLOps best practices
• Ability to analyze complex tasks and structures
• References highlighting end-to-end implementation of NLP solutions
• Master in STEM, data science, or equivalent experience
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English, German is an advantage
• Understanding of explainable and ethical AI principles is an advantage
