We are a team of professionals with a start-up culture in charge of one of the largest digital innovation projects in our banking group. We have plans to build new digital banking end-to-end customer journeys and to roll banking service out across multiple CEE countries. We are looking for a motivated candidate who joins our team in Vienna as a:

REPORTING & DATA MANAGER (F/M/X)

Your responsibilities

• In charge of a process of data delivery to the data warehouse;
• Acting as an intermediary between business and IT delivery team by documentation and communication of requirements. As a data reporting manager, you will also verify delivery and will run UAT;
• Running of weekly standups with data consumers (different departments of the bank like Risk, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting etc) to ensure reporting requirements are met. Active communication with consumers on a daily basis.
• Performing investigation of reconciliation differences, bugs or any inconsistencies in the reported data;
• Initiating of changes to/enriching of the data as a response to any changes in the existing business (new products, new use cases etc).

Your qualification

• 5+ years of experience in finance reporting / audit at Big-4;
• 2+ years of international (English-speaking environment) experience;
• sector experience in consumer banking / fintech / payments;
• sound knowledge of accounting policies, financial statements and
• basic knowledge of regulatory ratios in a banking environment;
• preferably experience in a start-up / fast-paced environment;
• fluent in English.

• Depending on your concrete skills and experience we offer a compensation package starting from gross EUR 65,000.00 p.a. including overtime (Alle-In).
