As a Remuneration and Performance Management Specialist, you will be involved in designing policy updates and delivering remuneration related trainings. Furthermore, you will prepare, align and defend information provided to internal and external auditors on national and Group level. You will also participate in various projects within Erste Group from a remuneration point of view. Consulting with subsidiaries and Sparkassen on regulatory matters is part of your responsibilities.

The primary goal of our team is to ensure regulatory compliance in remuneration topics and performance management. We design groupwide policies and procedures regarding remuneration and advise the Group HR community on all aspects related to remuneration and performance management structures. Current topics include Disclosure, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Financial Health and Gender Pay Gap.

What you’ll bring with you

• Experience in the field of bank regulatory and legislative matters, or experience in a Supervisory Authority
• Analytical thinking, organizational and negotiation skills,
• Willingness to take responsibility and initiative, commitment and flexibility
• Ability to follow through with end to end processes
• Team player who likes to work in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
• Willingness to take ownership as well as the ability to receive and give constructive feedback
• Good English and German skills (or the intention to learn it)

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 40.635,– gross per year. But this is just a formality – we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
