Project Manager PMO – Standards (f/m/d)

PALFINGER stands for most innovative, reliable and economic hoist-equipment on utility vehicles and in the maritime sector. To strengthen our project management and expertise we are looking for a project manager with excellent PM theoretical background.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project management of the implementation regarding the needed standards within the PMO-implementation Program
• Moderate alignment meetings with the stakeholders
• Create specification documents
• Create/adapt Word, Excel, Powerpoint templates
• Create/adapt internal, official processes
• Create/adapt internal, official Manuals
• Create test plans/reports and/or coordinate external testing
• Support project success on cost, scope and time
• Support the active stakeholder-management and ensure good communication
• Support the internal and external project marketing and reporting
• Support of the project team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in a technical or business field (e.g. project management)
• Relevant project management experience
• Excellent knowledge of current project management methods & tools (e.g. PM SW)
• Experience in the area of process management
• Project certifications advantageous (e.g. PMI “PMP”)
• Highly motivated self-starter and intrapreneurial skills
• Leadership skills would be beneficial
• Flexible personality, operates well in intercultural environment, able to build bridges
• Well organized and structured person with hands on implementation skills
• Strong communicator, facilitator and moderator
• Enjoys working in a creative and global team
• Business English is mandatory
• Willingness to travel

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46.346,72. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
