Your mission

• Responsible for the application of the Configuration and Change Management process within the program/project
• Keeps the project/program under Configuration and Change Management control
• Plans, integrates, develops, drives and monitors the application of the Configuration and Change Management process as described in the Configuration and Change Management internal procedures. Ensures all involved functions, Métiers, Suppliers and/ or Sub-Systems follow the CCM rules defined and agreed in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP)
• Applies Configuration and Change standard procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them
• Plans, implements and drives CCM process within their project or program and represents CCM in project and site meetings
• Analyses, reviews and provides the compliance statement on CCM related requirements (customer, partner and internal)
• Creates and maintains the Configuration Strategy and publishes Configuration Baselines and Target Configurations (consistency checking, Baseline Release Notes)
• Ensures Supplier Configuration Management incl. CCM requirement negotiation and requested CCM documentation
• Ensures that Configuration data is recorded and documented, monitoring its compliance
• Manage the Change Management Process
• Ensures completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests in cooperation with the change requestor from Preparation to Approval to Implementation and Closure

Your profile

• Profound understanding of Configuration & Change Management and how its related processes such as Requirements Management, Data Management and Document Control inter-relate with the Business Processes
• Experiences in Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Engineering and/or Industrialization
• Experiences in working in an international environment
• Fluent German and English language
