IT-Security Engineer Operations (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• 2nd and 3rd level remote support for complex IT security solutions
• Troubleshooting and operational support of e.g. Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, email- and web- security solutions, Cisco ISE
• Supporting our customers in complex problems
• Implementation of configuration changes and design changes
• Escalation management towards manufacturers and customers

Experience and skills

• Technical education
• Professional experience in the field of security (Cisco or Palo Alto)
• CCNP Security certification or PCNSE certification or equivalent know-how preferred
• High willingness to communicate within the team and with customers
• Reliability, flexibility and commitment
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting
