Porsche Holding Salzburg is the largest and most successful automotive dealership in Europe. We are active in the automotive trade in 21 European countries and additional locations in South America, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. We see ourselves as a leading mobility service provider and are involved in automotive service, spare parts sales and financing and insurance. Our focus is on the Group brands Volkswagen Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti and the two-wheeler brand Ducati.
To strengthen our PHS Strategy-Team we are currently looking for a colleague (all genders) dealing with Innovation-Management.
Innovation Manager (f/m/d)
Salzburg – Hybrid | immediately | at least 30h per week
Your profile:
- Academical education and job experience in innovation-management
- Knowledge about project management & good presentation techniques
- Distinctive communication skills & diplomatic talent
- Assertiveness in cooperation with project partners
- High degree of independence, analytical and conceptional skills
- Knowledge of German and/or English in spoken and written, advanced MS Office skills
Your responsibilities:
- Support in building up and expanding our PHS innovation communities (internal and external)
- Trendscouting & evaluation of ideas
- Organization & moderation of innovation events
- Leading of regular project steering meetings
- Cooperation with external partners (e.g. universities, consultants, networks)
- Support of team members regarding various strategy projects
