Head of OT Digitization and Applications

The Head of Global OT Digitization and Application will develop the operational technology strategy to cope with the increasing demand for advanced data acquisition, data processing and related applications. You will focus both on the development of new releases and new functionality and operational maintenance of existing applications. The Head of Global OT Digitization and Application will be responsible for the development of robust, effective solutions to meet the needs of the operations of the segments. Application Development and Maintenance’s involvement will span the entire development lifecycle from strategy, architecture, planning and design to the introduction and maintenance of new solutions. You are in responsibility of the global application architecture and the application life cycle from a technological perspective.

This should be your profile:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of IT and business/industry work
• Three years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
• Maintenance and support experience, and comprehensive understanding of Operational Technologies Processes
• Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated track record
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners

Gross yearly salary: from EUR 70.000.-, overpayment possible depending on professional qualifications and experience.
