Your tasks
Together with your technical BU Lead partner you are managing business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth as well as people development of this organizational unit. In this position you are directly reporting to the CEO and are responsible for the following tasks:
- Senior responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short- and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets
- Exploring and analysing market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region through clear visualization of new utility propositions in value curves
- Setting clear project priorities concerning the realization as well as monitoring and steering of relevant projects to ensure its successful completion in time and budget
- You are in constant coordination with the teams in production planning, logistics, purchasing, production with regards to batch sizes, management of stock products and inventory management
- As a coach and leader you are responsible for the QM/QA-team and the Sales team in your unit
- Building strong relationship with the customers in order to maintain good revenue growth
- Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of business unit
- Managing costs and finances of the business unit including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure an inspiring work environment with a leadership based on coaching, training and mentoring you are taking care on all HR related topics within your TIGITAL-team
- Realizing an active and open communication between all teams involved in the value chain within your unit and further stakeholders in the TIGER organization
Your profile
Due to you excellent communication and networking skills you succeed in building strong relationships and teams. Creating and Capturing value in the collaboration with your customers is in your DNA. For being successful in your role you should bring the following aspects with you:
- Higher commercial education in economics, sales, marketing etc.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in a leadership role, preferred in a relevant B2B industry
- Solid management skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, goal oriented approach
- Extensive travelling (min. 30% of the total working time)
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong Leadership skills to give people the opportunity to grow
Our offer
Our company offers you a long-term employment with development opportunities. The annual gross salary amounts to at least Euro 100,000.00. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are of course ready to pay in excess of this amount.
