Global Business Coordination Specialist (f/m/d)
How You’ll Make Your Mark
In this position, you’ll…
- Support the analysis and optimisation of global buying processes for all national business entities of the ALDI SOUTH Group (US, Australia, HOFER S/E, United Kingdom and Ireland, Germany) and its associated organisational units (Global Sourcing and International Buying, Corporate Responsibility International, Asian Sourcing Office)
- Optimise global sourcing processes in cooperation with our ALDI SOUTH national business entities on an ongoing basis
- Independently work on national and international projects in close collaboration with our International IT (IIT) department
- Create test and user documentation
- Prepare and implement training measures for end users throughout the entire ALDI SOUTH Group
- Independently test new system updates and document the results
- Actively participate in a globally operating business unit and engage in direct communication with national and international contact persons
- Process and create various documents and presentations for the management team
Candidate Profile
The requirements for the role are…
- Completed education at „Matura“ level (equivalent to A-Levels)
- Experience in strategic buying, category management or process management is an advantage
- Experience with sourcing applications (SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP BW) is an advantage
- Good English language skills
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
- Committed personality with strong communication skills and a networked mindset
- Analytical, precise and structured way of working with a focus on process-oriented thinking as well as results-oriented working methods
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and international project work

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 37,900.- *
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
