Finance Business Partner Sustainability and Controlling (f/m/d)

As a Finance Business Partner for Sustainability and Controlling for Palfinger AG you are Business Partner to several Corporate Function Heads within Palfinger’s headquarter. You are responsible for all operative controlling-aspects and a key-role for developing group wide controlling standards in the field of sustainability.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Alle operative controlling-aspects of the Palfinger AG (Headquarter)

  • Responsibility of Finance administration and organizational tasks as a supportive function within the Global Finance department of Palfinger AG
  • Masterdata management
  • Ensure efficient reporting process and high-quality, timely reporting according to IFRS group guidelines
  • Collaborating with management to gather and analyze financial information and evaluating cost structures
  • Ensure efficient financial closing process
  • Monatlich input of result-estimates, legal results and GPO-reporting

Developing group wide controlling standards for Sustainability

  • Conduct impact analysis for the PALFINGER group
  • Provide a KPI set for sustainable decision making (ESG – Reporting)
  • Connect pre-financial KPIs with financial KPIs
  • Foster the leverage decisions within a long-term view
  • Guide the transformation in the direction of economic, ecological and social sustainability through constant business partnering
  • Manage and monitor sustainability measures and projects by working closely with internal and external partners

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • First years of experience as controller in an industrial environment (specific experience in the field of sustainability, procurement, supply-chain-management or R&D is an additional advantage)
  • Analytical, value-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent and structured working methods
  • Excellent communication skills across departmental boundaries
  • Own ideas, open mind set and a pragmatic working method with hands-on-approach
  • Ability to put strategic thinking into operational practice, analytical thinking and sound understanding of complex business contexts
  • Intrinsic motivation with ability to drive change and implementation
  • Fluent in German and English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Readiness to travel

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46.346,72. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
