You are dreaming of setting up your own business and venture builder under perfect venture conditions? We want you, if you are a leader with the ability to think big in starting a new company, focusing on products and business models for digital services, based on corporate needs and solutions.
Leveraging the opportunities digitalization and new technologies offer, you develop the cross corporate venture builder and related new business models, set up a winning team and aim for fast success. The core partners will provide their power and competencies, to ensure a clear focus on sustainability and new business models.
The first topic defined by the core partners is the development of potential new business models based on IOT and machine and/or heavy equipment data to verify the actual machine quality through usage and maintenance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and define a business model for the cross corporate venture builder (CCVB), considering the whole range of partner industries, with a specific focus on digital solutions
• Meet corporate partners and potential end-customers to find their points of pain to create the know-how to become trend-setter in their industries
• Acquire new investors for this and further ventures – in coordination with the core corporate partners
• Challenge existing business models and develop ideas for new business concepts
• Lead the development of intelligent products & solutions, in cooperation with your industry partners
• Work out viable products & solutions with a quick time to market
• Find the perfect team to make your business grow quickly and sustainably
• Take responsibility for achieving targets and run the operation of the new business venture

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

• You are excited about driving your own business and you are passionate to make it a success
• You are able to build up and lead an innovative team
• You are highly dynamic, disruptive in thinking and quick in decisions
• You know how to translate customer-centric demands into new product & solution developments
• You possess excellent leadership skills, ideally both in a start-up und corporate environment
• You have a strong focus on implementation
• You feel comfortable with state-of-the-art methods for product development (i.e.. creative problem solving, design thinking, open innovation)
• You are willing to enlarge and leverage your network to boost your business
• You are business fluent in English
• You are ready for extensive business travel

WE OFFER:

A stable environment and initial funding for the first 6 months to allow the entire focus on developing a business model. Once the venture builder is set up, we offer an attractive entrepreneurial position including an equity position in this new venture.

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 56.935,76. We are willing to overpay according to experience and qualification.
