Content and Communication Manager (m/w/d)

Full-time / 38,5 hours per week

RED NOSES International is an artistic and humanitarian organization engaging with different vulnerable groups (children in hospitals, children with disabilities, elderly people and children in crisis situations) through the art of clowning. The RNI Office in Vienna is the Headquarters for 11 RNI Offices throughout Europe and the Middle East and is also responsible for implementing the Emergency Smile programme, which brings clowning to children in crisis situations around the world.

We are currently seeking for a creative and motivated team member for our Marketing and Communications team. This challenging position is an outstanding opportunity to actively drive the international marketing and communication agenda and to promote the mission and vision of the RED NOSES Group in close collaboration with colleagues from the international and local offices.

In close cooperation with the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Content and Communications Manager will play an important role in fulfilling and thriving the communication- and marketing goals of RED NOSES global Strategy 2025. Key areas of work will be planning, conception, and creation of relevant and targeted content for our different communication channels (on- and offline), supporting the public relation activities and to ensure know-how exchange among the international Marketing & Fundraising colleagues.

Your tasks

• Content creation and editing of RN publications (Annual Report, brochures, posters etc.)
• Digital content creation for web and social media (text, image, video)
• Facilitation of group wide communication processes
• Support in facilitation and hosting of regular online and offline expert meetings
• Coordinating PR work and know-how exchange among international PR colleagues
• Focal person for collaboration with external PR agencies if required

Support the Head of Marketing and Communications in groupwide Fundraising Development

Your profile

• Creative thinking, passion for copywriting and very good communication skills
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience working in a similar position
• Experience with social media management and website content management systems (CMS like Typo3, WordPress etc.)
• High affinity for innovation, creative ideas and a keen sense of layout and design
• Experience in writing press releases and communicating with journalists and the media
• Basic knowledge of Fundraising is an advantage
• Open mindset
• Hands on mentality and taking initiative
• Fluent written and spoken English required, further languages are an advantage
• A committed and enthusiastic, proactive team player
• Positive and resilient with an attitude of support and diplomacy
• Passion for working in a diverse and international organization

The wage for this position is minimum EUR gross per annum 36.400,- (for 38,50 hours per week), overpay depending on experience and qualification of the candidate.
