We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on data analysis to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior data to support and develop new use cases for our CRM team to improve our bank products.

What to do:

• Extract, analyze, and interpret large and complex customer behavior data using advanced statistical techniques and tools
• Identify trends and patterns in data, and use insights to inform strategic business decisions
• Analyze customer journey data to identify key touchpoints, pain points, and areas for improvement
• Use reporting tools such as Knime and Tableau to create visualizations and insights from the data
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis trends and tools, and continuously improve skillset.
• Support the CRM department by developing new use cases for customer data analysis
• Understand bank products and identify opportunities for improvement
• Use KNIME, Tableau, MongoDB, and Oracle to support data analysis and reporting

You check these boxes:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics)
• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or data analysis role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as SQL, Python and Excel
• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and across different departments
• Strong experience with KNIME, Tableau, MongoDB, and Oracle is required
