Branding & Marketing Officer (m/f/d)

Full-time / 40 hours per week / Vienna Headquarters, Austria

Your contribution will be

• Implementing and further developing the marketing concept for the FOUR PAWS sanctuaries in cooperation with the respective teams incl. on-site contact with the sanctuaries, if needed
• Ensuring consistent FOUR PAWS branding according to CI/CD across all FOUR PAWS sanctuaries in cooperation with the respective brand experts in sanctuaries and countries
• Being the FOUR PAWS Signature Brand Expert for the FOUR PAWS sanctuaries without national office
• Providing regular trainings on marketing for all FOUR PAWS sanctuaries
• Conducting regular quality checks of all marketing/communications activities in all FOUR PAWS sanctuaries and ensuring the respective quality standards
• Ensuring consistent FOUR PAWS branding according to CI/CD for missions and rescues, incl. accompanying mission/rescue on-site, if needed
• Creating branded materials in collaboration with internal graphic designers and external suppliers
• Creating general templates, maintaining presentations, documents, and Marketing International Stock

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Relevant professional experience, ideally at international level
• Completed studies in marketing or communications
• Excellent German and English skills both spoken and written
• High level of adaptability and flexibility
• Strong affinity for text design and aesthetics
• Excellent communication skills, result-driven mindset, and solution-oriented team player
• Good organisational skills as well as a structured, independent, and quality oriented working style
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
