Job description

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for the Design of the future Automotive Power Distribution ICs in Smart Power Technologies and lead the design team assigned to your project
• Contribute to the definition of requirements together with the Product Definition Engineer and the Concept Engineer; bring your inputs in the technical feasibility studies
• Plan the design work packages and act as the interface of the Project Manager and all other project functions, such as Test Development, Component Verification, Application Engineering, etc.
• Design and verify analog/ mixed signal circuit blocks, while guaranteeing documentation compliance according to the development flow
• Support layout and pre-Silicon and post-Silicon verification of the device, according to the design flow
• Provide technical support and share knowledge with other Analog & Mixed-Signal Design experts at Infineon
• Innovate with new ideas contributing to patents, test chips and process optimization with focus on time to market

Profile

You have a structured working style and seek high quality standards for yourself and for others. You demonstrate strong communication skills, know how to establish lasting relationships, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Master Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar field of studies
• At least 3 years experience in analog/ mixed signal design
• Solid knowledge of analog and mixed-signal design techniques, principles and flows
• Experiences with high voltage CMOS and/or BCD technologies and related parasitic elements (as an advantage)
• Good planning and self-organizational skills
• Fluency in English

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
